An Assortment of New Paintings

Here are four of my more recent efforts from all over the place.  The first one is from a picture taken at the Sand Hill lighthouse in Michigan's Upper Penninsula on the shores of Lake Superior.

Sunset on Lake Superior, 9x12, pastel
The second one is from a picture taken along the road between Blanco and Albert Texas.

The Llama Ranch, 9x12, Pastel
The next one is from a photo taken from a moving car while speeding along a highway in New Hampshire (thanks Barron and Jeanne).  To those not familiar with New Hampshire, this mountain used to have a recognizable face.  Now it can only be seen on the New Hampshire quarter :-)

Death of the Old Man on the Mountain, 9x12, Pastel
Finally one from a photo taken on the western shore of Ireland.

The Cliffs of Mohr, 9x12, Pastel
